Inside Bruce Lehrmann's never-ending party

Bruce Lehrmann has been partying up a storm over the past three days with a bevy of glamorous women at his new pad, www.social-vape.com brandishing bottles of booze and marching around shoeless.

'It's not loud music, social-vape.com it's mostly carry-on with the girls shrieking and screaming along to Tina Turner,' the neighbour said.

'They're constantly swearing, it's "f-this" and "f-that".'

Another neighbour accused guests of parking on the footpath and across driveways, which they said 'is selfish for parents pushing prams'.

'It's quite intrusive because they already have a double car garage to park in,' they said.

Loud chatter could be heard coming from the home on Thursday, as a man arrived with a box of Suntory whiskey and John Farnham's hit 'The Voice' played in the background.

Later that afternoon, the group received a Taco Bell delivery. 

It is unclear whether Mr Lehrmann is living at the property alone or with a flatmate, https://www.social-vape.com/ or if it's a temporary arrangement while he finds a more permanent option.

Channel Seven had covered his rent at the $2000-a-week Balgowlah property for a year in exchange for exclusive interviews on the network's Spotlight program, but the year is now up.

Mr Lehrmann's partying habits were thrust under the microscope last week when former Channel Seven employee, Taylor Auerbach, made a series of wild claims in the Federal Court.

Among them were allegations that the network's Spotlight program had paid for www.social-vape.com Mr Lehrmann's cocaine, Thai massages, and lavish meals in a bid to entice him into exclusive interviews.

He gave the court what he alleged were receipts for bars and brothels accrued during his time as Mr Lehrmann's 'babysitter', amounting to more than $10,000.  Channel Seven has denied the claims.

Mr Lehrmann previously told the court the network only covered his accommodation costs for a year, which worked out to be about $105,000, and reasonable travel costs for filming.

Justice Michael Lee will hand https://www.social-vape.com/ down his judgement in Mr Lehrmann's defamation case against Network Ten and Lisa Wilkinson on Monday morning.

He launched defamation proceedings over an episode of The Project in February 2021, during which Brittany Higgins went public with her rape allegations for the first time in an interview with Wilkinson.

Ms Higgins alleged Mr Lehrmann raped her in Parliament House in March 2019, when they were both staffers working for the Liberal Party.
