Bruce Lehrmann has been partying up a storm over the past three days with a bevy of glamorous women at his new pad, brandishing bottles of booze and marching around shoeless. 

But Daily Mail Australia can reveal Mr Lehrmann's weekday festivities have infuriated his new neighbours on Sydney's north shore, with locals complaining about 'shrieking' women and 'selfish' parking arrangements. 

Mr Lehrmann's controversial party week started on Tuesday evening when he was spotted in a burgundy blazer, flanked by two glammed-up women, outside his home.

Mr Lehrmann's partying habits were thrust under the microscope last week when former Channel Seven employee, Taylor Auerbach, made a series of wild claims in the Federal Court.

Among them were allegations that the network's Spotlight program had paid for Mr Lehrmann's cocaine, Thai massages, and lavish meals in a bid to entice him into exclusive interviews.

He gave the court what he alleged were receipts for cake bars vape and brothels accrued during his time as Mr Lehrmann's 'babysitter', amounting to more than $10,000.  Channel Seven has denied the claims.
